Stacy Seebart (Karuna), E-RYT200/ RYT 500, RPYT, Senior Practitioner

Stacy has been on faculty at NYI since 2008 as a teaching assistant.

When Stacy is not in Nosara, she lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she is the Director of the Pranassage Practitioner Training-an off campus location for NYI. She has a private practice offering Pranassage, Yoga and Massage Therapy through out the Twin Cities. 

Stacy is also co-director of Blooma's Prenatal Teacher Training (a RPYS) at International locations.  Her yoga classes are lead with the intention that each student will be able to deeply connect within by grounding into the present moment and by opening their heart.
