Vidya Ma Carolyn Dell’uomo is a 39-year teacher, founding member of Kripalu Center and pioneer of its yoga teacher training and self-discovery programs. A direct recipient of Swami Kripalu’s teachings, she currently presents worldwide. Coaching and certifying yoga teachers, her focus is on teaching from our heart, life curriculum and attunement to spirit. Holding certification from The Lakulish Yoga Institute, India, with degrees in social psychology, Gestalt therapy and yoga science, her work is known for its compassion, depth and transformational impact. Vidya Ma’s CDs include The Soul of a Teacher; Meditations on Self-love; Meditations on Spiritual Loving. Her book, Sitting With Swami Kripalu, is in progress.
