» How do I register for a program?
  1. Complete the Program Registration Form on our web site including your credit card information. For program deposits we accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks only.
  2. You can expect a letter of confirmation within 48 hours. If you do not hear back from us within that time period, it is possible we did not receive your on-line registration. Please call or email to confirm that we have received it.
  3. Complete the instruction for booking your accommodations listed below.
  4. Final Payments are due within 21 days prior to the starting date of the program. We will automatically charge the credit card provided for the deposit. If you wish to pay in a different method please contact us no later than 30 days prior to the start of the program.
  5. Two weeks prior to the training you will receive an email asking you to send us your travel itinerary and shuttle needs. Shuttle service is provided from the Liberia and San Jose Airport. See shuttle schedule and fee.
